You can place an order from anywhere. Should you require delivery outside South Africa, please send an email to info@bannerandflagonline.co.za and we will assist with a quotation.
When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you specified, giving the details of your order. If you can't find this confirmation email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

If you've opted for the PayFast option when placing your order, the total specified amount will be automatically processed from your designated account.
For those who have selected the EFT option, please proceed with the payment and send us a payment confirmation via email, including your order number for reference. Please note that the commencement of your Artwork Layout will be initiated only upon the full payment reflecting in our account.
Furthermore, expect to receive an Order Confirmation email, which will detail the payment instructions to be followed.

Delivery FAQs
When you checkout, you will be offered the choice to have everything you've ordered delivered to your specified delivery address or to collect at our offices.
Once you have specified your delivery area the delivery charge will be added to the order total and you can opt to finalise the order or to cancel before payment will be processed.
Production of your order will take between 3 and 7 working days from receiving payment and approved artwork.
Once production is complete, delivery will be 2-3 working days to main centres in South Africa and 3-5 working days for outlying areas.
You'll be kept informed at every step of the ordering process through a series of emails.
After placing your order, we'll promptly send you a confirmation acknowledging its receipt.
Once your payment is processed, and if you submitted your artwork at the time of placing the order and it complies with our artwork requirements, we'll notify you and provide a layout of your artwork for your approval. If your artwork does not meet our specified requirements outlined in the Design & Artwork section on our website, we'll promptly inform you and guide you on the necessary actions to take.
Upon receiving your signed artwork layout approval, we'll send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has entered the production phase.
Once production is complete, you'll receive an email containing a link and a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
These updates ensure you're always in the loop regarding your order's progress.

If the message "sorry we do not ship to this destination" pops up when you check out, you will have to send us an email to request a special delivery quote as we do not offer standard delivery to your area.
