  1. Products, Artwork and Design

3.1 Actual products may differ slightly from the images displayed.

3.2 All products supplied are intended for event use only and must not be used in harsh weather conditions or as permanent fixtures.

3.3 Digital printing may result in up to a 5% colour variation. Clients are encouraged to supply Pantone colours wherever colour accuracy is required.

3.4 Colour proofs or samples must include a CMYK colour breakdown. Should the client fail to supply the required artwork format and colour information, the Printagon Group shall not be held liable for colour discrepancies.

3.5 Clients must reply to the Order Confirmation Email with their artwork attached, or alternatively upload artwork via WeTransfer using the free option (“I just want to send files”).

3.6 Clients will be notified within one working day whether their artwork is suitable. A layout proof will then be emailed for approval.

3.7 A once-off setup fee of R120.00 (excluding VAT) per order applies for the placement of supplied logos and artwork onto our templates.

3.8 A maximum of three (3) layout revisions is included. Thereafter, an additional fee of R120.00 (excluding VAT) per revision will apply.

3.9 Artwork must be supplied in high-resolution vector PDF format (original design format).

3.10 If supplied artwork does not meet the required specifications, a design/redraw fee of R350.00 (excluding VAT) per hour will apply. The client will received a quote which needs to be accepted before such work is undertaken.

3.11 Low-resolution artwork may pixelate or display poor quality when enlarged. Templates are available on request should clients wish to prepare their own artwork.

3.12 A final artwork proof will be sent for approval. Production will commence only once written sign-off has been received.

3.13 Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for:

  • spelling,
  • layout,
  • dimensions, and
  • colour accuracy.

3.14 Screen colours and printed colours may vary, and exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed without Pantone references.

3.15 Once artwork has been approved, the Printagon Group cannot be held liable for any discrepancies unless the delivered product materially differs from the approved proof.

AI-Generated Artwork – Large Format Printing

3.16 AI-generated artwork and images are inherently unpredictable and may contain defects, distortions, inaccuracies, insufficient resolution, artefacts, colour inconsistencies, or scaling limitations that may render them unsuitable for large format printing.

3.17 The Printagon Group does not guarantee the suitability, print quality, accuracy, or performance of any AI-generated artwork supplied by a client, whether modified, enhanced, or approved by the client.

3.18 The Printagon Group reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to reject any AI-generated artwork that does not meet its technical, aesthetic, or production requirements for large format printing.

3.19 Where AI-generated artwork is accepted for production, such acceptance will be conditional upon the client’s written approval of the final proof and shall not constitute any warranty of quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

3.20 Any redesign, recreation, correction, enhancement, vectorisation, upscaling, or modification required to render AI-generated artwork suitable for printing will be treated as a design/redraw service and charged at the applicable hourly rate.

3.21 The client expressly acknowledges and agrees that all risks associated with the use of AI-generated artwork, including but not limited to print defects, visual anomalies, colour variation, loss of detail, or unsatisfactory large-scale output, are borne solely by the client.

3.22 The Printagon Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or economic loss, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of AI-generated artwork once final artwork approval has been provided by the client.

  1. Product Availability and Limitations

4.1 Due to product popularity and/or supplier constraints, the Printagon Group may limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

4.2 All products are subject to stock availability.

  1. Pricing and Payment

5.1 The Printagon Group reserves the right to amend prices displayed on products at any time, at its sole discretion, including where incorrect pricing or administrative errors may have occurred.

5.2 Quotations and pro forma invoices are valid for 7 days from the quotation date, subject to available stock.

5.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the description, availability, purchase price, and delivery charges of goods displayed on the website are accurate.

5.4 Errors may from time to time occur on the websites. Where such errors are unintentional and not due to gross negligence, the Printagon Group shall not be held liable and reserves the right to correct such errors.

  1. Receipt of Goods, Including Damaged, Incorrect or Short-Delivered Items

6.1 Orders will be finished and ready for delivery/collection within approximately 2 to 7 working days after production has been completed, unless otherwise advised.

6.2 Should any unavoidable delay occur, the client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

6.3 Once an order has left the Printagon Group’s premises, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond the Printagon Group’s control. Although the Printagon Group will liaise with both the client and the courier company to facilitate smooth and timeous delivery, delivery is outsourced to third-party couriers and the Printagon Group cannot be held liable for delays or any loss arising from products not being delivered within the estimated delivery timeframes.

6.4 All deliveries require a signature from the client or authorised recipient as proof of receipt.

6.5 If no one is available at the delivery address, a re-delivery attempt will be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the goods may be returned to the Printagon Group by the courier.

6.6 Should a further delivery attempt be required, all additional delivery costs will be for the client’s account and must be paid before the goods are re-dispatched.

6.7 All goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancy, damage, short delivery, or incorrect item must be reported in writing to the relevant sales representative within 5 days of delivery.

6.8 If no written notice is received within this period, the goods will be deemed to have been received in good order and in accordance with the client’s order.
