RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All goods are manufactured and printed on order therefor no returns are allowed.

We will send you a proof of your artwork which you will have to review and sign off before production of your order will commence. Please review artwork proof carefully for design, spelling and colours.

Once artwork is approved, unless the product we deliver is different from the signed proof, Banner and Flag Online is not liable for any claims by the customer that the products are not acceptable.

​

If however the print differs from the signed proof, we will gladly assist by doing a reprint of your order.

Please check your order on delivery/collection. Please notify us in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection if your product is faulty, or it will be deemed to be in order.
