Can I order by Email?
Yes, Please contact us and we will assist you to place your order.
Can I order Online if I need delivery outside South Africa?
You can place and order from anywhere. Should you require delivery outside South Africa, please send an email to info@bannerandflagonline.co.za and we will assist with a quotation.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?
When your order has been successfuly received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. If you can't find this confirmation email, check you spam or junk mail folders. Contact us if you have any queries on your order.
When will I be charged for my order?
When your order is placed the total amount specified will be processed from the account you specified if you selected the PayFast option.
DELIVERY FAQ'S
What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
When you checkout, you will be offered the choice to have everything you've ordered delivered to your specified Delivery Address or to Collect at our offices.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Production of your order will take 3 to 7 working days from receiving payment and signed and approved artwork.
How do I know when my order is on its way?
You'll receive various emails through out the ordering process to keep you up to date with the progress of your order.

When you place an order, we will confirm that we received your order. -
When you made payment, we will confirm that your payment has been processed and we will send you a layout of your artwork for approval. If your artwork does not comply to our requirements set out under the Design & Artwork section on the website, you will be notified and requested to take action. -
When we receive your signed artwork layout approval, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order is in production. -
When production of your order is finalised, you will receive an email with a link and a tracking number to track your delivery status.
Do you deliver outside the Borders of South Africa?
Yes, we offer delivery to Main Centres in our Neighbouring Countries
What should I do when the delivery address I specified pops up with a message "sorry we do not ship to this destination"?
If the message "sorry we do no ship to this destination" pops up when you check out, you will have to send us an email to request a special delivery quote as we do not offer standard delivery to your area.
