I have used Banner and Flag Online before, and my previous experience was so positive that I had no hesitation in using them again.
From the moment I received the quote and design templates, Julia, the Sales Representative, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was incredibly helpful, prompt in responding to my queries, and always friendly and professional. More importantly, she created a very smooth and efficient process from start to finish, which made the whole experience an absolute breeze.
The job was completed exactly as promised, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the printing. Everything looks fantastic. Even the courier delivery was seamless and arrived right on schedule.
It is not often that you get the combination of great service, excellent communication, quality workmanship and reliable delivery all in one place. Banner and Flag Online certainly delivered on all fronts.
A special thank you to Julia for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. Her efficiency and attention to detail really made a difference and are very much appreciated.
I would happily recommend Banner and Flag Online to anyone looking for quality products and a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I will definitely be using them again!
